All you need to do is open up the app, scan for a Safewave band nearby, and click connect.
Choose the Vibration Strength
The vibrating motors target your ulnar and median nerve below your wrist making the Safewave band the only one of its kind.
Choose the strength of vibration that's most comfortable to you, or one strong enough to get your attention during rem sleep.
Add Apps to Monitor
The Safewave app then allows you to choose which of your installed applications you would like for it to monitor.
